Maddie and Isaac had just said yes to each other — and they wanted to celebrate it properly. Not a big production, just something fun, relaxed and totally them. So we met at Rouse Hill Regional Park on a quiet weekday afternoon, and that's where the magic happened.

The Perfect Spot for Couples Photos in the Hills District


Rouse Hill Regional Park is one of my favourite locations for couples sessions in Sydney's Hills District. The light filters beautifully through the trees, there's plenty of open space, and it never feels crowded — especially on a weekday. It's the kind of place where people forget they're being photographed, and that's exactly what you want for natural, genuine couple photos.

Posed, Candid and Everything In Between - that's how I do photoshoots in rouse hill


My style is a mix of gently posed portraits and candid, game-based moments, and this session had both. We started with some calm, relaxed portraits while the two of them were still finding their feet. Once they warmed up (which didn't take long at all, these two have great energy together), we moved into some fun movement and interactive prompts. Lots of laughing, a little bit of chasing, and some genuinely sweet in-between moments that you just can't fake.
